ICS :: ImportMessageChange

Dear experts, I have a query regarding the Incremental Change
Synchronization (ICS) ImportMessageChange event.
Here is the method signature:
STDMETHOD(ImportMessageChange)
(ULONG cpvalChanges, __in LPSPropValue ppvalChanges, ULONG ulFlags,
__in LPMESSAGE *lppMessage);

I see that in some cases the parameter LPSPropValue contains the
PR_SOURCE_KEY and some

other cases it contains the PR_ENTRYID.
So my doubt is, what type of changes (on the messages) will triggers in
these two scenarios.
