Help finding some doco

Hi all,

I need help tracking down some documentation that states that "MAPI advise
sinks can drop advise when the Exchange server is under load". It doesn't
have to be in those words obviously. I know this to be the case from here
group and I remember reading it somewhere, but I can't find it again. I
need some official doco for citation in order to take a report I'm

working
on to the higher ups. I've been looking but haven't found it so far. Help
would be greatly appreciated!
