ExpandRecips returns E_INVALIDARG

Hello,

does anyone know why ExpandReceips can return E_INVALIDARG for an
message with 11 DistributionLists in "To", for 10 DL's works just fine
for 11 return E_INVALIDARG.
I'm using the sample code from MSLMS.
