Outlook Cached mode

Hi again,

Just a quick question. I have a problem with some items my program is
creating in the calendar via MAPI not appearing in Outlook if cached mode
is turned on. If Cached mode is off, they appear immediately.

This may not be my program (there is still further tests to do to prove
that), but I was wondering if anyone knows of a field or setting or
anything programmatic

I might need to be doing to make them appear in
Outlook with Cached mode on.
