Bug in Outook 2003 SP3 -- WriterVersion2?

It seems that when the recurrence stream comes in for any kind of occurrence, if it's Outlook 2003 SP3, the WriterVersion2 field has a value of 0x3006 instead of 0x3009. The ReaderVersion2 field also has a value of 0x3006, which is correct. Has anyone else seen this?
